If you go to Totsy.com, you'll see a message at the top of the page that the $15 code was only intended for a select audience who got an email. The code will no longer work unless you got the email. I'm showing my order for $2.20 is still listed under "My Orders" so I'm assuming if  you got a confirming email, you will get the item.
