It will then send your Mastercard gift code to the email address you entered on the website. Once you get the Mastercard code, write it on a piece of paper or copy on computer, and go to Amazon.com. Go to Your Account, scroll down to "Payment Options" and click "Add credit or debit card". You will then enter the Mastercard debit code there. Then search "Amazon gift card" on Amazon.com. It'll let you enter any amount and enter $6.00 - then proceed to checkout and make sure you choose that Mastercard debit code to pay it with. (IT may ask you to re-enter the code.) Then finish checkout. Amazon.com will send you an Amazon gift code to your email. Then you will go back on Amazon.com and enter that emailed Amazon gift card under "Your Account." Scroll further down after Payment Options, it'll have "Apply a Gift Card to your Account", then that's where you'll enter the Amazon gift card.
