I'm sorry to confirm that P&G coupons, as of the September insert coming Sunday, have new wording. "Limit one coupon per purchase of products and quantities stated. Limit of 4 like coupons in same shopping trip. Coupons not authorized if purchasing products for resale. 
The eligible retailers for the Oral-B 50% rebate are Target, CVS, Drugstore.com, KMart, Amazon.com, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl's Best Buy, Costco, Kroger, RiteAid, Ulta, eStore (P&G), Fred Meyer, Walmart.com, Meijer, Publix. Walgreens is not listed. I wonder if Walgreens participation is limited to the $20 store coupon in the September booklet. It will be interesting to see if the SMP's show up at Walgreens. If they do, they would have to be considered 'participating retailers'. Report what you find on Chat.

The CareGivers MarketPlace refund has been around for several years and it’s been a nice bonus on items if you buy them often. A few complaints have appeared on Chat, that they are not paying on all submissions. Excuses are given like no date on the tapes, even when the date is in plain sight. Also, some submissions are being rejected because the cash tape didn’t specify the quantity: i.e. "Cottonelle Wipes" instead of "Cottonelle Wipes 42 ct". A word of warning that you might get a smaller check than you expect when you submit. Submissions are unlimited so you don’t have to wait until the end of the year to send in your cash tapes. Brands included on this ongoing rebate are: Depend, Senokot, Kaopectate, Balmex, Gold Bond, Aspercreme, Cottonelle, Surfak, Benzodent, Icy Hot, Colace, Poise, Oasis. 
Keep an eye out for tearpads of a $1/2 Butterfinger Snackerz or Bars coupon, which are good on 2 oz bars. They have been spotted at SuperValu, Dollar General, Holiday Gas Station, etc. The coupon expires 2/28/11. Butterfinger bars go on sale 2/$1 at CVS and other chains = free candy. With Halloween coming, a stack of free Butterfingers would make you very popular.
