Today there is a $4 Vicks Sinex coupon in the P&G insert. The last time Walgreens had this RR deal, it worked on Vicks Sinex. If you have four Vicks $4 coupons, and buy 4 products, you would pay $5.96 and get back a $10 RR, making it a nice money-maker. 4 free + $4 profit. I can't confirm yet that this works but post on Chat if you try it.
