This one takes a little work, but it's worth up to 500 free points. Go to Kellogg's Family Rewards points and click on "Collect Points" near the top of the page. Scroll to the bottom and click the purple "Earn Bonus Points" box. Complete 5 different tasks to earn 100 points for each. Click the green "Get Bonus Now" to complete the task. These are the 5 tasks:
