For those doing the $45 Sam's Club membership deal (see post yesterday) at Zulily, here's how you process it. This Zulily event is still good for a few more days if you missed it yesterday.
Take the Zulily voucher to the service desk at Sam's Club, along with photo ID, and they will set you up. The earliest you can do this is June 24 (tomorrow). My experience is that your code will be ready asap, so keep checking your Zulily account.
