June 9, 2011 - A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about Kellogg’s advertising for its Rice Krispies cereal and Cocoa Krispies cereal. The lawsuit claims the advertising was not true. Kellogg stands by its advertising and denies it did anything wrong. The Court did not decide who was right. If you are a Class Member, you may send in a claim form by mail or online to receive up to $15. Please see Weeks v. Kellogg for more details.
