Just my 2 cents, but I feel like we shouldn't use this Q. It's a pdf, and while it was originally from Natrol, it is no longer hosted by their site. I would consider this to be a fraudulent Q because of that. There is a $2 Q in the 10/10 RP for a $2 moneymaker though which is still a great deal!
