There are 4 different Coors forms here to print, each with a different value and state restrictions. The second and fourth ones don't require a beer purchase. 1) Print the form for a $15 refund on Coors Light and $30 worth of Tostitos Chips, Pepsi, condiments, plastic cups, paper plates and/or deli items. Requires cash tape and beer UPC. Good only: AK, AZ, CA,

Good in: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI SC, TN, WI and WY.
4) Print the form for a $7.50 refund on $20 worth of Tostitos Chips, Pepsi, condiments, plastic cups, paper
