Fill out your NAZ and up to 3 boxes and that's it. Go to www.cerealsettlement.com You can do it on-line, nothing to mail. You certify that you bought 3 boxes of Kellogg's Mini-Wheats between January 38, 2008 and Oct 1, 2009. No receipts or UPCs are needed. It took 10 seconds to type in my NAZ and the number '3'.
