Free Health Screenings at Walmart & Sam's Club
Today, Saturday, Walmart and Sam's Club are having Health Fairs with free screenings. Read about it here, and check for a location near you. This will happen Oct 10th, 12-4pm. The webpage doesn't give any details about which tests you'll receive, but usually it's cholesterol, blood pressure, vision, maybe blood glucose or A1C.
There will also be gift bags.
