Saturday many Walmarts will have Health Fairs with free screenings. Read about it here, and check for a location near you. This will happen Oct 10th, 12-4pm. The webpage doesn't give any details about which tests you'll receive, but usually it's total cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose or maybe A1C.
