Here's a better link for the new P&G $10 back on $30 refund. Enter your zip and see what stores are participating in your area. It's valid 7/1/13 - 9/30/13.
For example, in my area, Shopko and IGA stores are participating. When you click on the link to bring up the form, it will have a different store name at the top. The rest is the same for every store.
