Up To Three Refunds On Dickinson Witch Hazel, No Proofs Needed

"LA Times published a rebate offer from Dickinsons Original Witch Hazel. They say that customers who were confused about the 100% Natural label can claim a rebate if they purchased the product between April 1 2008 and July 1 2012 and are dissatisfied because the language on the packaging caused you to believe the product contained only natural botanicals. The Oil controlling towelettes, foaming Facial wash and Gentle Skin cleanser contain preservative sodium benzoate.
You can get a rebate form by calling 1-877-871-7708 or by visiting http://www.dbirebateprogram.com/ or mail a letter to them.
One rebate per household and submit by Sept 30 2012. They have $4.1 million to spend on this."

Proof of purchase is not required for up to
* 2 boxes of Oil Controlling Towelettes,
* 1 bottle of Foaming Facial Wash, and/or
* one tube of Gentle Skin Cleanser.
Typical purchase prices range from $2.99 - $6.99.

If claiming more than the limits above, you have to send cash tapes OR UPCs. Maximum claims:
