Upromise = Double Plays With E-Coupons

If you have a Kroger, Albertsons, RiteAid or CVS card, you need a Upromise account.


You can use paper coupons on top of
Upromise coupons. Here are the steps:

1) Go to
Upromise and sign in or register

2) Click on "Ways to Earn"

3) Click on "Grocery"

4) Input your zip. Then you'll see stores that participate in your area.

5) Enter your shopper's card numbers for each store.

6) Upload
Upromise e-coupons to your shoppers cards. Each month Upromise
releases new coupons. Go to "Groceries & Deals" at top, then "e-coupons". Click and load. You can print a list if you like.

Upromise is free, and it is like a mini-savings account. It's intended for college savings, but you can withdraw the money at any time for any reason. One of the painless ways to earn is by Upromise coupons. You load Upromise coupons to your various shoppers cards. The coupon doesn't deduct at checkout. Instead, the value goes into your Upromise account.
