Neutrogena $39 Rebate Problems

Readers are reporting problems with the Neutrogena $34.99 rebate, that some people are getting checks for only $5. The number to call is 1-800-582-4048. The picture is clouded by the fact that some people are getting $5 checks in addition to the original rebate checks. If you only got $5, check your records to see if you previously got a larger check. If you're sure you were only paid $5 out of $39.99 or $34.99, it's time to call. It sounds like Neutrogena processed the original rebates incorrectly by deducting coupons and/or ECBs used. Now they are making it good with an additional check.
