Activia Challenge Form is Ready

The Activia Challenge form has finally been updated with the correct expiration of 8/31/10. Print it here. The Challenge is to buy enough Dannon Activia Yogurt to eat it once a day for two weeks (14 containers). Save the receipt. Send with a clean lid or UPC found on any Activia package for a refund up to $12. This isn't exactly a satisfaction guarantee. You'll note at the bottom of the form, it says "IF you participated in the Activia Challenge and were dissatisifed with the results, please tell us why". I'm
assuming from the word "IF" that that part is optional. Void in LA.
