Enter the "WhyMilk?" free milk for a year contest, then at the end, click on the bottom of the screen for a link to the coupon for free gallon of white milk to $4 with any $100 grocery purchase. The only way I can think to get a $100 purchase is if you are buying some big non-food things at WalMart or KMart, etc., along with grocery purchases. By the way, you can enter this contest I believe every day and the coupon changes. Sometimes it's for chocolate milk.
