Cellfire will release these new coupons at midnight tonight (11/3): For Kroger and Safeway, you have until 11/16 to download them to your shoppers card, and until 11/30 to use. For ShopRite it's different. They will be available 11/8. You don't have to have a cell phone to participate. When you register, you can opt to have notification to your email. You load these electronic coupons onto your shoppers card. Everyone who has a shoppers card for Kroger, Safeway or ShopRite can participate.
