Starbucks Class Action Lawsuit Link
If you purchased Starbucks coffee beans in amounts less than one pound from Dec 9, 2007 to Nov 7, 2011 in Starbucks stores, then you can make a claim at this link. It must be submitted by Dec 24, 2013. There are two options, one with receipts and one without. This is a class action lawsuit, and you qualify if you purchased the beans less than a pound at a time. You can read more about it here.
The class action lawsuit claims that Starbucks did not disclose to customers who purchased scooped coffee beans in amounts less than one pound at a time in U.S. Starbucks stores that the price for these purchases was higher per pound than the price charged for purchases of one pound of coffee beans.
