Riced Veggies $1.50 at Target (reg $2.50)

I admit it. I've never heard of riced veggies. Turns out, they are normal veggies cut down to rice-size, with the cauliflower taking the place of rice. I'm thinking maybe the grandkids might eat these?? It's worth a try:
