Tip: Besides making lasagna or putting it on sandwiches, we like to cut a fresh tomato in half, put a thin slice of mozzarella on top, then broil it in the oven for a minute or two, until the cheese melts. You can get fancy by putting a grilled portobello mushroom on the bottom of the stack. Yummy.
