I checked into my PinchMe account and discovered that I was offered 3 new samples. I think what you're offered depends on your profile. The account is free, and the samples really do come, so it's a no-brainer to sign up.
PinchMe wants you to give your opinion after you receive the samples. If you respond, it makes you eligible for future samples.
