Print the form for a refund on Trifexis purchased at the vet, either 12 doses or 6 doses. Send original veterinary invoice clearly detailing your Trifexis purchase. Send box code image found on the top or side of the box. You have the option of either submitting by mail or online. Trifexis is heartworm protection.
