Coupons.com -- Wording Clarified -- Use "Redeemable at Walmart" ANYWHERE

Wording on Coupons.com -- We Were Right!

Some of the coupons printed at Coupons.com have the wording "Redeemable at Walmart" or "Available at Walmart".  These are manufacturer coupons that are actually redeemable anywhere. But try convincing some checkers or managers of that --- they look at you like you're trying to commit fraud. Reader Joanie B wrote to coupons.com about this. This was their reply. You can get the same reply if you email to support@couponsinc.com . If you have the email in-hand, it's powerful ammunition to get a skeptical employee to accept your coupon.

Dear Joan,

Thank you for contacting Customer Support at
Coupons.com.

Our coupons are valid manufacturer coupons and should be accepted at any retailer that has a coupon redemption policy that accepts printable coupons.

Please review your coupon here: http://www.couponsinc.com/crc/consumers-whatif.asp

A coupon may say on its face “Redeemable at Walmart” or “Available at Walmart” but that is a suggestion that can be used at that store.  As a valid manufacturer coupon, it can be accepted by other retailers.

Coupons printed from coupons.com can be used at all major retail stores that have an official policy to accept printable manufacturer coupons. We recommend you visit the store website and look for their coupon acceptance policy.

Please follow the link below and let us know if that helps.

However I would like to add that acceptance may vary by retailer depending on each retailer’s coupon policy.

If you need further assistance or have additional question, please reply to this email.

Regards,
Customer Support
