1) Buy one 16 lb or larger bag of Purina Cat Chow between 7/18/13 - 9/18/13.
2) Snap a picture* of your receipt then text or email to cc@drvsusa.com for validation.
3) Receive a reply with a code to download your $5 Mastercard Reward eCard via text or email.

Once you get your code, you go to the site provided and enter the code. You'll be able to print the $5 virtual card.
* Picture must include the store name, date of purchase, qualifying purchase and purchase total. It would be easiest to buy the bag separately so you have a short receipt. Read all the instructions for taking the picture here.
