Target's new Cartwheel program offers extra savings through your iPhone or Android phone. You have to download the free app. Then you show the 'card' from your phone in the store. The great thing about Cartwheel coupons is that you can also use a manufacturer coupon, and a Target store coupon, on the same product. That's a potential of 3 discounts on the same item. Once you have the app downloaded, go to it and add cards to your Cartwheel. The more you add, the more potential savings. Each Cartwheel offer may be used for up to 4 qualifying items per transaction. Limit of 6 Cartwheel transactions per day. Read the press release here.
