The Federal Trade Commission has reached a settlement for nearly $6 million with Walgreens over its advertising claims for Wal-Born. Walgreens claimed that Wal-Born could effectively prevent colds, fight germs, and boost the immune system.
You may be eligible to receive a refund of up to $30 for Wal-born products, other than hand sanitizers, you bought between 12/1/4 - 3/29/10. The amount of your payment will be based on the number of products you purchased and on the number of claims filed. Anyone who bought Wal-Born can apply for up to six refunds of $5 each. To get a payment, you must file a claim by 2/4/13. To get a claim form, visit

The form simply asks how many boxes you bought, from 1-6, with your NAZ.
