After clicking on Submit, a screen popped up with a test drive offer. Take it to a Chevy dealer, test drive a car, get a Cabela's $50 giftcard. That was almost as fun as an instant win!" Patrice B.
If you get the test drive offer, you simply print the page and take it to a dealership. I indicated that I was interested in purchasing in 1-3 months, and I got the offer. I don't know if that makes any difference or not.
