"They are issuing calendar with credit card like card you 'register' on their site - one per e-mail address or a phone call-in for activation. Only one offer loaded at a time and if month passes and offer was not redeemed, you are out of luck. Wondering if all prior year coupons which have NEVER expired will now be expected to be redeemed by year end???
Not sure how appreciative this is of customers who were so loyal during Chik-fil-A appreciation day.......know lots of families who buy lots of these each year and use for dining out all year long....will ultimately hurt sales no matter what...."
