Here are the fall/winter recipes for the Pyramid Breweries $10 refund, and here is the form. If you live in CT, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY and UT you DON'T have to purchase beer, just the recipe ingredients, at least $10.01. Read all the fine print on the form. It varies by state. You can submit three $10 refunds (one for each recipe) for both the spring/summer recipes and the fall/winter recipes, for a total refund of $60!!
