Here are the actual Spring/Summer recipes copied from the site. The Fall/Winter recipes will be out in September. So do 3 submissions based on these recipes, then do 3 more in the fall based on the fall recipes.

  • 24 ounces ground beef (equal parts, brisket, beef cheek and sirloin) formed into 4 to 6 ounce patties
  • Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste

  • 1 bottle Pyramid Outburst IPA
  • 1 cup malt vinegar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced rosemary
  • 2 sprigs Thyme leaves only
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 large yellow onions cut into medium dice
  • large pinch of salt
  • 2 cups diced bacon (reserve fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
