Print the form for a $10 Olay rebate wyb $30 from 7/1/12 - 8/31/12. List UPCs on the form, send form and original dated sale receipts with prices circled. Postmark by 9/15/12. It appears that any Olay products qualify. That should make for a nice double or triple play with sales and coupons.
