Tippr: $28 Worth of Flattenme.com Credit for $14

I watched Oprah yesterday with her favorite things giveaway (amazing as always) but what caught my eye was the heavy push for Groupon. I knew Groupon was a hit, but they must be doing really well. There is a new Daily Deal Group Buy site popping up every week, and they all seem to succeed.

Here's one:
Tippr Sign up and get $5 in your account immediately. The deal for today is that really nice flattenme.com offer, the same as Eversave offered a couple weeks ago:
Tippr is offering $28 worth of credit at Flattenme.com for $14. "Turn your favorite family snapshots into a page-turning, all-out adventure with customized books and cards for less than the price of the latest
bestseller".
As seen on Oprah, The View, and Today. The voucher is good for a year, until 10/31/11. They use your child's picture and make him or her the star of the book.  The deal is good for Seattle but as always, you don't have to live there to do it. Start here:
Tippr
If you wonder if you want to do this, go to www.flattenme.com and check it out. It's really cool. The books start at $27.95, which the voucher will cover. Sign up at Tippr to get $5 in your account. If you can use your $5 credit immediately, then the Flattenme.com book would only be $9.
When
Eversave had this same deal 2 weeks ago, I bought 2. I've already made my two books and they are in the mail. It was super easy. I took a picture of Kayla and of Jake head on, looking right at the camera with a smile. I simply clicked on the book I wanted, and uploaded that single photo. The whole process took like 2 minutes. Most pages have the child's picture, and the story includes their name. For Kayla, age 8, I got the GlitterGills book, and for Jake age 4, I got Silly Bug. The books are darling and I think they are going to be the Christmas Eve gift this year instead of pajamas.
