We are happy to hear that you want to participate in these promotions. Yes, these are two different rebates that can each be sent to the separate P.O. Boxes that you provided in your e-mail.


Here are the following requirements for each rebate as follows:

1. Original Cash Register Receipt dated between 06/01/10 and 06/30/11 with price circled. Photocopies are not accepted.
2. 1 UPC symbol from product. One request per flavor of specially marked product per name, address or household.
3. Request must be postmarked by 06/30/11 and received by 07/10/11.
