RiteAid New Coupon Policy, $5/$25 Printable

If you are having trouble finding the $5/$25 RiteAid coupon on RedPlum try zip 19191, radius 50 miles. I found it on the very last page.

The ground keeps shifting under the RiteAid Up! Rewards program. At first, you could roll the Up! Rewards and buy the same product again and get another Up! Reward. You could also get an unlimited number of each one by buying the product over and over. That is changing, but there are no hard and fast rules that have been published. Some Up! Rewards will roll and some won’t. Most are limited to one per Wellness card. It’s trial and error, so watch the RiteAid posts on Chat to see what’s happening. The rules tightened on Aug 1, but there is widespread misunderstanding by managers, checkers and shoppers about how it works now. One thing is for sure: You can still use multiple Up! Rewards when you pay for your purchases. Some checkers/managers think you can only use one. They are confusing the rule that you can only EARN one per Wellness card, with a non-existent rule that you can only USE one per transaction (untrue). A couple more things are for sure: You can’t use Up Rewards to pay tax, and you can’t use Up Rewards to get cash back in your hand.

Another warning about RiteAid Up! Rewards. If the checker scans your Up! Reward, then you decide not to use it for any reason, it has been deactivated and will not work again. The only way around this is to ask the checker to manually enter it using the store coupon button on the register. Some will be willing to do this, others won’t.

Here is the link
to the new RiteAid coupon policy as of August 2010. Print it and keep it in your file. The most important sentence is "Multiple +Up coupons can be used up to the amount of purchase before sales tax." Confusion about that rule has caused problems. Also, the rule that a B1G1F sale + B1G1F coupon = free is restated clearly . Multiple coupons can be used on the same product, up to 3 different types of coupons per item: "No more than one "48" Rite Aid Valuable coupon, one "49" Rite Aid Manufacturer coupon, and
one "5" Manufacturer coupon can be used on a single item."
