I forgot to mention yesterday that it's now late day for the March print RefundCents issue. If you haven't gotten the March issue, and your subscription was current when it was mailed on Feb 11, you can request a replacement. Please email refundcents@yahoo.com with "Missing Issue" in the subject line. Include your full name and mailing address. An issue will be mailed first class today.
