The fine print says:
"In-store purchases with Wellness card only. 12/29/13 - 1/25/14. +Up Rewards are coupons loaded to your Wellness+ card upon reaching specified purchase threshold. +Up Reward will automatically be deducted from next qualifying purchase. All +Up Rewards expire 14 days after issuance date unless specified otherwise on receipt."
