Campbell's Tomato Soup Settlement Clarification

 I received this email from an attorney about the Campbell soup settlement:

We request that you correct the below to ensure that that any visitors to your blog will receive the proper information. The information that needs to be corrected is as follows: 

1)     The claim filing deadline is December 29, 2011 (not November 9,2011)

2)     The class compensation guidelines were not stated correctly in the blog, please refer to question #8 in the attached Long Form Notice. I have summarized the correct compensation guidelines for you below:

§ $5 if you bought 10 or fewer cans of the 25% Less Sodium Condensed Tomato soup, whether or not you have receipts;
§ $10 if you bought more than 10 cans of the 25% Less Sodium Condensed Tomato soup  and do not submit receipts;
§ 50¢ for each can of the 25% Less Sodium Condensed Tomato soup if you bought more than 20 cans and submit receipts by mail. 

§ You need to submit receipts by mail to be reimbursed for the purchase of the Healthy Request Condensed Tomato soup with a 30% Less Sodium banner on the label, for which you will receive 50¢ for each can you bought.
