P&G sold off Covergirl and Clairol to Coty for $12.5 billion. This deal was announced last summer and finalized on Oct 1. The article about this says P&G's beauty business is 'struggling'. Could have fooled me.... P&G also sold Duracell to Berkshire Hathaway and Iams to Mars. P&G is keeping Olay and Pantene.
