Blue Buffalo has agreed to pay customers $32 million in a lawsuit settlement. The deadline to file is 4/14/16 (3 weeks from now). You can file here. You must have purchased Blue Buffalo between 5/7/08 - 12/18/15. You'll receive $5 for every $50 spent, up to $200. If you don't have proof of purchase, your maximum claim is $10. If you do have proof of purchase, your payment cannot exceed $200.
No animals died because of this product. The lawsuit had to do with Blue Buffalo's claim that no by-products were used. Blue Buffalo is settling rather than fighting it.
Tip: If you purchased your product at Petco or Petsmart where it was tracked on your shopper's card, that is proof. You should be able to get a printout. Some grocery stores also would have that information. Talk to customer service.
