FWIW - the rules state: the Photo is your original work and was not previously published; you are the sole creator and owner of the Photo;
you have the unrestricted right to create and submit the Photo and to grant the rights to Sponsor.
So, you may be ok to use their photo to win a candy bar, but if you get selected for the Grand Prize your would be disqualified since it isn't your original work.
If you are really hoping for the Grand Prize, put a little effort into it & take a selfie with a Snickers.
