Next week Zzzquil will be on sale at Walgreens for $5.99, with a $4.99 mail-in rebate and a $1 coupon.
The form is now available at walgreens.com/zzzquil but don't purchase until 2/28/16 when the rebate goes into effect. Purchase 2/28/16 - 3/13/16. The rebate requires the form, UPC from package, and dated original cash tape.
