Today, Dec 18, is Free Shipping Day. 900 stores including Walmart, Target, and The Children's Play offer free shipping on all orders with delivery by Christmas Eve. It says "No minimum" but my experience has been that some of the stores will have free shipping on any order, no minimum, and others will offer free shipping at a price point.
