There are two newsworthy items.
1) A bonus Plenti program will be introduced called "2016 Starting Points". Lots of products, from various manufacturers, are highlighted throughout the flier with this symbol:
Those products are eligible for a bonus $10 in Plenti points wyb $30, mix or match. The program lasts a month, and it's unclear whether the accumulation of $30 is per week, or extends over the whole month. It's limit 2 per account, so you can do it twice. Dates of the promotion are 12/27/15 - 1/23/16. I'm guessing it's two $10 bonuses for the entire month.
2) Next week only, starting 12/27, P&G will have a HOT promotion, on the front page of the RiteAid flier, offering DOUBLE Plenti points wyb $30 in specific P&G products. So right off the bat, if you buy $30 of the eight listed P&G products, you get $20 in Plenti points, for a 67% savings even without coupons. Add in coupons, and you should be able to save at least 80%, possibly get things free.
* Note that next Sunday there will be a new P&G coupon flier, the only insert in the 12/27 paper. Many coupons will match to this RiteAid promotion.

I'm not sure on the Bounty & Charmin B1G1F, if both packages will count toward the $30 purchase or just one. There will be lots of scenarios to score big on this P&G triple play:

It would be a good idea to get extra P&G inserts from the 12/27 paper. You can use 4 like P&G coupons per transaction.
I'm especially watching the scenarios using the Covergirl Plumpify Mascara $3/1 c/o plus Covergirl B1G50% off 1 sale price. I don't see the Plumpify price at riteaid.com, but on other sites it's about $10.95. If it's around $10, the scenario would look like this:

If you do the above deal twice, you'll get 8 free mascaras and make a $15 profit after MIR mail-in-rebate. You can only do the MIR once. Be sure to purchase by 12/31 to qualify for the MIR.
Here's how it works on Tide. You could score 6 bottles for $4.04, or just .66 each! (It would be nice if you could use six $2 coupons, but the fine print on the coupon limits you to four).

You'll want to shop early if you plan to do the Tide deal. Six bottles won't last long on the shelf.
