If you purchased a Groupon voucher from 11/1/08 - 12/1/11, you qualify for a class action lawsuit, if you live in these states:
AR, CA, CT, FL, HI, IL, KA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NM, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, VT, WA.

The suit has to do with marketing and sales practices. There is $8.5 million available in Groupon credits and attorney's fees. Deadline to file is 1/15/16.
NOTE: You may have filed for this class action in 2012. That settlement didn't work out, and so this is a second attempt. If you filed in 2012, you are automatically already part of this potential settlement.
