There was a legal
settlement with some book publishers that
means a refund to those who purchased Kindle
books from 2010 - 2012. I got a $17.79 credit into my account.
I have a year to use the credit.

I have to admit, the credit I received, albeit small ($9.01), was a very welcome one. I got three ebooks out of it that had been in my wishlist for some time.
Little things like this certainly can make my day a pleasant one.
