If you purchased Emergen-C from 6/1/06 - 2/27/12, you may be eligible for a portion of the $6.45 million potential settlement. Go here. The suit had to do with claims made in their advertising. The settlement has not been approved yet by the court, but if it is on Apr 2, then all who qualify will receive their portion. You must submit by 3/27/14. No cash tapes are needed but they want dates and locations where the products were purchased.
