Print the form for free merchandise from Stauffer's products, like cap, t-shirt, $12 coupon pack, Toys R Us $10 gift card, AMC $25 gift card, Kohl's $25 gift card, etc. Send 10-40 UPCs from Stauffer's products. Stauffer's makes animal crackers, assorted cookies, cheddar cheese crackers, Halloween Cookies, M&M's Bite Size Cookies, Single Serve crackers, and bear jug. (12/31/13)
