Note that some of the deals include an "eSaver online offer". This is a P&G program offered through the P&G website. You'll load P&G coupons to your RiteAid Wellness card and they will deduct automatically. (The big question is if you can also use a paper coupon. I doubt it, since P&G is very strict.)
You can also load them from the RiteAid site here.

To load coupons for this program, go to the P&G website and log in or register. Click on "Coupons & Samples", then on "Shopper Card Coupons".

        

Choose RiteAid from a long list of stores. You'll have to register the number from your Wellness card before you clip the coupons. The coupons there now are good through 10/26/13.
